Circles NWA is an initiative of the nonprofit organization Innovative Poverty Solutions. Circles is a poverty reduction initiative designed to help people achieve upward mobility from poverty.
INNOVATIVE POVERTY SOLUTIONS
Innovative Poverty Solutions exists to develop and implement community-driven, innovative solutions to ending poverty in Northwest Arkansas. Our vision is a community committed to removing the barriers that keep people in poverty.
Innovative Poverty Solutions is a tax-exempt, nonprofit organization as described in section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code. Our tax identification number is 85-4267965.
